All food service employees must obtain a food handler card from their state, regional, or local regulatory agency within 30 days of hire.

In this training course you will learn proper ways to handle food and how to store food safely. After you have completed this training course, we recommend taking the Certification Test to be certified.

It is important that you use the knowledge from this training course on the job at all times.
